Parmesan Chicken

Parmesan Chicken (from mom)

4 chicken breasts (2 1/2 to 3ish lbs)
1/4 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 t. salt
1 tablespoon milk
1/4 c. melted margarine
1/2 c. parmesan cheese
1 t. paprika
dash of pepper
1 egg

Preheat oven to 350.

Combine cheese, flour, and seasoning in plastic bag. Dip chicken in milk beaten with egg and coat with dry mixture. Put in baking dish and pour the margarine over the chicken.

Bake for 1 hour.
