Pumpkin Cake

Pumpkin Cake (from Casa de Barker)

Pumpkin mixture:
29 oz. pumpkin
1 c. milk
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/8 tsp. nutmeg

Cake:

1 box yellow cake mix
1 c. butter



Preheat oven to 350F.

Prepare pumpkin mixture and pour into a 9x13 inch pan. Sprinkle yellow cake mix over pumpkin mixture. Melt butter and pour over cake. Bake for 1 hour.
