1 stick margarine (melted)
2 eggs
8 oz. sour cream
1 can whole-kernel corn (drained)
1 can creamed corn
1 box jiffy corn muffin mix
Mix all ingredients together & spread in a 9 x 13 baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes.
