Spaghetti Sauce

1 lb. ground beef
1 28 oz can tomatoes cut up
2 6 oz can tomato paste
1 6 oz sliced mushrooms
1 cup chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. burgandy
1/2 c. pimento stuffed green onions
3 bay leaves
2 garlic cloves
1 1/2 t. worceshehire sauce
1 t. sugar
1 t. salt
1/2 t. chili powder
1/8 t. pepper
1/3 c. water
2 T cold water
2 T cornstarch
