Beef & Barley Soup

1 3/4 cups beef broth
1 cup water
1 tsp. dried parsley flakes
1 can diced tomatoes, undrained
1 1/2 cups cooked roast beef
1/2 cup diced celery
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup diced carrots
2 cups shredded cabbage
1 cup diced raw potatoes
1 can green beans, drained
3 tbsp. barley
1/4 tsp. pepper

Combine all ingredients into a crock pot, and mix well to combine. Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours. Stir well before serving.
