Parmesan Chicken

2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken breasts
1/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. milk (optional)
1/4 cup melted margarine
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 tsp. paprika
dash of pepper
1 egg or substitute equivalent

Combine cheese, flour & seasonsings in plastic bag. Dip chicken in milk beaten with egg & coat with dry mixture. Put in baking dish & pour the margarine over the chicken. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
