3/4 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1/4 c. oatmeal
1 t. corn starch
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
1/4 t. ginger
1/8 t. nutmeg
1/4 c. milk
1 onion chopped
Mix - form into balls and roll in flour. Brown well. Add a little water. Add Carrots and green beans. Simmer until done.
